LAKE CITY, CO., (March 16, 2016):  RWEACT is working with Hinsdale County to solicit proposals for an Executive Director Consultant to strategically lead and build capacity efforts for our regional watershed stewardship collective.  Five working groups implement projects emphasizing economic recovery, communications, natural resources, hydrology, and emergency managers.  Funding for these endeavors have come through two Governor’s Executive Orders and several grants.
